What CourierPress does out of the box

Every shipment gets a real-time status page and a customer-facing tracking page — no login, no redirect. Orders placed through WooCommerce auto-create shipments, so ecommerce fulfilment and courier tracking stay in sync without manual re-entry. Dispatchers assign couriers, push status updates, print shipping labels, and trigger email or SMS alerts at each milestone from one dashboard. A REST API exposes tracking data too, so driver and customer apps can pull live status straight from the same source of truth.
